Yep, it's FRIDAY. And that means it was FENCING DAY!!!! I love it, I quite literally spend my entire week, every week, looking forward to fencing on FRIDAY!! Most epic practice ever, >4 hours of pure fencing.
So, that's pretty much what happened today. I tend to forget everything else before that, including most of class. I do remember (rather vaguely) that I tried to buy my ac jersey only to find there were none in stock (except for XS, but there is no way I'm squeezing into that!), so I have to wait another two weeks! :( Major bleakness.
Scouts today was pretty cool, everyone's busy preparing for Gordon's (this massive camping competition) that's happening this weekend, which I can't go to because of Pops... I managed to get a (warm) raw egg broken over my head, and now I'm chilling in bed with the left side of my face on fire because I had to wash it off with ice water and now my ear hurts... ow.
Raucus times were had before debating too, actually. Omegle can be a source of much amusement if used correctly, such as videochatting with 7 people crowded around the screen waving. This is the kind of stuff other people expect debaters to do in their free time. Well, quote Andrew, "we do actually do it". To be expected though, I guess.
Another thing that I want to get down is my great idea for this Manifesto of sorts. I'd really like to get my own political ideas on paper, and they also have the added advantage of, when read by others, inspiration, pondering, philosophy, and (sometimes) laffs.
Gotta get down on Friday... It's the weekend baby!!
