Damn. It's almost the end of my stay here, and it's all gone by so fast! Like, I mean, people say that but it's actually true...
There's been so much happening every day, stuff going backwards and forwards and full timetables and homework and the immense pressure to do stuff with Canadians that I wouldn't be able to do anywhere else!!! Well, I managed to get most of it done. I hope. I lie, I managed to get pretty much everything done. Except that the weather looks like Cape Town winter, so I might not get snow on the ground after all... It did snow like last week but that was kinda Canadian rain. So yeah.
Anyways, I spent Sunday hanging oot at Colin's farm (for those not in the loop, he went on exchange to Bishops 2 years ago) which was really fun, we went biking to the British colony and chilled there. Pizza and stories galore, it felt like such a bicycle gang moment :D We tried in absolute desperation to get some of our friends to come chill with us (dammit Maddie!) but to no avail, even one of Colin's hectic gamer zombie friends was (apparently very surprisingly) out the house! Damn... hey, whatever, it's our pizza!
And then we went ice-skating, which was another item of my to-do list. So yeah, the only things that are left on that are "give out all the trinkets", "finish the radio show" (because I still have to finish editing the one episode) and then pack and leave... it's really bleak.
So I had half of my final classes today, said goodbye to the teachers and stuff, and got everyone to sign my FLAG (this will be epic!) so now all I've got left is tomorrow, and then I'll be off. I'm sourcing computer games for mac as well, because obviously no-one has any in SA and the internet is crap. I'm also doing my best to stay lively and stuff, but it's really sad actually. :( whatever, I'm still enjoying myself!
Also, everyone loves my video!! Woohooo, thanks Anoj for the inspiration :D
See you South Africans soon!
